Vaaree is where my work expanded into large commerce and internal platform ownership. I contribute to business-critical systems across vendor finance, catalog, storefront commerce, platform migration, and production reliability.

Responsibilities

The core responsibility was to take ambiguous business or platform needs and turn them into reliable software behavior.

Own full-stack delivery for internal platforms and next-generation commerce workflows.

Work across Rails services, React and Next.js frontends, PostgreSQL data models, Redis-backed flows, Kafka-driven async processing, and cloud deployment surfaces.

Architected Settlers, an automated vendor settlement platform for payouts, invoices, GST reports, refunds, and reconciliation workflows.

Designed and built Listing Quality Score (LQS), giving catalog teams a measurable product-quality KPI that improved conversion rate from 0.70 to 0.85.

Built Event Master to automate sale-event validation, scheduling, and publishing, reducing launch delays from 4-5 hours to under 30 minutes.

Built faster product go-live automation inside Forge, reducing catalog onboarding turnaround time from 30 days to 7 days.

Co-developed Solomon, a centralized Product Information Management platform for catalog creation, audit tracking, master data, and Shopify synchronization.

Built Forge, a vendor-facing portal with role-based access to orders, invoices, settlements, GST reports, and payment history.

Contributed to migration from monolithic systems to a distributed architecture across 20+ microservices.

Owned commerce workflows across cart, checkout, payment orchestration, promotions, wallet integration, shipping calculations, and order creation.
